Audiora Lab provides a 1-year limited warranty on all GWS Headsets, ensuring that your product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers any malfunction due to manufacturing defects. If your GWS Headset experiences a covered issue, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or natural wear and tear. To request a warranty service, please retain your original proof of purchase and contact our customer support team. Audiora Lab's warranty gives you peace of mind, knowing that we're committed to delivering the highest quality products.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
• In the event of high order volumes or supply chain delays, processing times may take longer.

We offer Free Standard Shipping added at checkout. Estimated delivery times after order processing:

Returns

• You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return:The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• All returns are free of charge. Audiora Lab will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are also refundable.
